With us since 1989
Johan started at Maritime in 1989 and stayed until 1997. La Pérouse and Preud'homme followed. Since 2013 he has been back in our dining room. After all those years you may safely call him part of the furniture.
Carving at the table
Filleting a fine sole, carving a pheasant or a hare: Johan does it as though it were second nature. Hospitality is his trademark, and Antwerp humour is never far away.
Hand-peeled shrimp
Welcoming guests and spoiling them is what it is all about for Johan. And our hand-peeled shrimp? Most of them pass through his hands.
